Risk Disclosure Statement

This Risk Disclosure Statement is an integral part of the Service Agreement and is intended to inform Users about potential financial, legal, and technical risks associated with trading on financial markets.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Trading on financial markets involves a high level of risk and may result in both significant profits and substantial losses.

1.2. The use of borrowed capital (leverage), high volatility of financial instruments, and market instability may lead to the total or partial loss of invested funds.

1.3. The Company does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. User Responsibility

2.1. All trading decisions are made independently by the User, based on their personal goals, financial capabilities, and level of experience.

2.2. All risks, including the risk of financial loss, are borne solely by the User.

2.3. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including those arising from the use of analytical materials, forecasts, technical failures, or other circumstances.

3. Technical and Communication Risks

3.1. The User acknowledges and accepts the risk of possible losses caused by failures, interruptions, or delays in the operation of information, telecommunication, software, and hardware systems.

3.2. Electronic communication, including email correspondence, may be vulnerable to unauthorized access, which is also acknowledged by the User.

4. Jurisdictional and Legal Risks

4.1. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that access to financial markets and trading activities is not prohibited or restricted under the laws of their country of residence or citizenship.

4.2. The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the User’s violation of applicable local laws.

5. Force Majeure

5.1. The User accepts the risks associated with the occurrence of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, disruptions in financial markets, actions by government authorities, internet outages, and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.

6. Acknowledgement of Consent

6.1. By accepting the terms of the Service Agreement, the User confirms that they have read this Risk Disclosure Statement, fully understand the risks described herein, and accept them in full.
